Preserve Missouri Award:
Trivers transformation of the historic Butler Brothers Building into The Victor was recently named a winner of Missouri Alliance for Historic Preservation’s 2024 Preserve Missouri Award. The award was presented to Trivers at Missouri Capitol in Jefferson City on April 23.
Most Enhanced Award:
The Victor and The Nicholas received 2024 Most Enhanced Awards from the Landmarks Association of St. Louis. Now in its 28th year, these awards recognize outstanding examples of restoration, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of St. Louis’ architectural heritage.

Building Stone Magazine: “A Capitol Investment”
Trivers’ restoration of the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City is on the cover of the latest issue of Natural Stone Institute’s Building Stone Magazine. Over five years, Trivers and its consultants meticulously repaired over 515,000 sf of exterior limestone to give it life for the next 100 years. Read More Here (starting on page 26).
