The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture, interior design, or architecture and 10+ years of experience in the architectural design industry. Designers are encouraged to coordinate with project team members through all phases of project design and construction. The primary duties of the Director of Interiors include extensive involvement in all phases of the planning and interior design of architectural projects including: management of the interior design scope and tasks, organizing and leading interior project teams, functional space planning and design, architectural detail coordination, client presentations, interior materials palette design and selection, and design and management of FF&E procurement services. The Director of Interiors will also engage in firm-wide marketing efforts in the pursuit of specific projects, clients or new market opportunities as well as develop strategic relationships with consultants, contractors and other organizations to increase the firm’s capabilities and presence in the market. NCIDQ certification required. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are required, other 3D modeling software and AutoCAD experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the architecture industry. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, renderings, and models - both physical and electronic. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are required, other 3D modeling software and AutoCAD experience preferred. Professional architecture degree required.
