The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with 7-10 years of experience in the architecture, design or construction management industry. Responsibilities will include directing the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, make design presentations to clients, lead coordination of engineers and other design consultants’ work, research building and zoning codes to determine project requirements, compile product data and participate in the production of project specifications, and perform bidding and Construction Administration services. A professional architecture degree, proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite software is required.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the architecture industry. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, renderings, and modeling - both physical and virtual. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling software is preferred. Professional or pre-professional architecture degree required.

Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school and 8+ years of experience in the architectural design industry.
Qualifications include strong knowledge of the design process, including furniture and material selections with budget alignment; outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills; flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development; and ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively with team and clients.
Primary responsibilities include: management of the interior design scope and tasks through all phases of planning and design, organizing and leading interior project teams, space planning and design on multidisciplinary projects, architectural detail coordination, client presentations, selection and presentation of finish palettes, and management of FF&E specification and procurement services.
NCIDQ certification is preferred but not required. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are strongly encouraged.
Summer interns will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of project development and become familiar with professional practice of a firm during the 12 week program duration. The ideal candidate is currently seeking a professional architecture degree at a NAAB accredited school. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, presentation and study renderings, and aid in developing various firm and sustainable initiatives. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are preferred but not required.
