Trivers is searching for a full time Project Designer/Intern Architect to join our staff. As is the case in all of the positions at Trivers, we are seeking someone who shares a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and inspired architecture. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and sustainability, and desire involvement in their community and/or professional organizations.

We place great importance on professional development for all our staff. Project Designers benefit from our mentorship program and professional development opportunities as well as our social team building events and activities. Because we maintain a mid-size staffing level, Project Designers have ample opportunity to be involved in all aspects of project development and marketing efforts. We recognized the importance of each member of our team and therefore, seek to fill this position with individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about the architecture profession and the greater St. Louis community.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the architecture industry. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, renderings, and models - both physical and electronic. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are required, other 3D modeling software and AutoCAD experience preferred. Professional architecture degree required.
Trivers is seeking to fill the position of Operations Administrator for our team of talented individuals. We are searching for a qualified candidate who desires full time employment in a dynamic environment where hard work and creative energy are highly valued. This multi-faceted position is responsible for all accounting, human resource and office management activities for the firm. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar business related degree and is flexible, dedicated, and self-motivated. Experience in architecture and engineering firms is preferred. The position will oversee the issuance of financial information, communicate financial reports with clients & reporting of project status with Principals and Project Managers. In addition, this position handles on-boarding new employees, coordination of annual benefits renewal, and 401K administration. This individual’s contributions will be a critical in keeping the firm running smoothly on a day to day basis.
