The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the architecture industry. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, renderings, and modeling - both physical and virtual. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling software is preferred. Professional or pre-professional architecture degree required.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the architecture/interior design industry. This position will have an active role throughout all phases of the design process, from early programming and schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Responsibilities will include assisting with compiling product data, selecting finish materials, furniture and accessories, producing project interior and furniture specifications, maintaining interior products library and setting up and attending product vendor presentations and library updates. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other modeling software is preferred. Professional interior design degree and previous internship or work experience at a professional design practice required.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, preferably in the architecture or engineering industry. Responsibilities will include general firm ledger management, preparation of balance sheet and expense account reconciliation, coordinate quarterly and year-end tax coordination with firm’s CPA, prepares monthly financial update for firm principals and Project Managers, manages accounts payable, and bi-Monthly payroll processing. A bachelor’s degree in business management or accounting is required. Candidates must be proficient with the most current versions of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and Deltek Vantagepoint experience is preferred.
