This position will be responsible in aiding the Director of Marketing and firm leadership to manage, maintain, and promote company brand standards in proposals, submissions, and other PR content. Essential duties and responsibilities include: maintaining marketing files and records; producing and coordinating presentations; edits and helps coordinate proposal and award submissions; creates brochures and other marketing material; writes quarterly newsletter; conducts target market research; updates website; identifies PR opportunities; creates social media content to promote Trivers on various platforms and company website.
Candidates should possess excellent writing, graphic design, communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as demonstrate understanding of other’s issues and concerns. Preferred candidates will recognize strengths and weaknesses in self and others and executes job responsibilities in a dependable, ethical, and mature manner.
The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, and self-motivated holding a college degree with an emphasis in Marketing and/or PR and prior experience in an architectural firm is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite is a must with experience with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Deltek preferred.
