Trivers’ transformation of the historic Butler Brothers Building into The Victor received a 2024 Distinguished Award in Preservation and Adaptive Reuse in the Architecture category at the AIA St. Louis Design Awards. Held on November 21 at The Post Building—another Trivers project—the event brought together architects, designers, and community members to honor excellence in local and regional design.
The AIA St. Louis Design Awards recognize outstanding achievements in all areas of architectural design and construction craft, bringing together and celebrating members of the design and construction community. With this latest recognition, Trivers has now earned 15 AIA St. Louis Design Awards since 2013.
The Victor project team, including Martin Padilla, James Roseberry, Joel Fuoss and Shaun Dodson accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
