Trivers welcomes Cory Gamblin as an Architectural + Interior Designer. Cory brings experience across multifamily, workplace, hospitality and adaptive reuse projects, with a particular interest in design that responds to place and community. A native of the Missouri Ozarks, Cory earned his Master of Architecture from Kansas State University in 2023.

Emily Haller recently earned her architecture license and is now a licensed architect in the State of Missouri.
Hallie Nolan was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 class, recognizing emerging leaders making an impact across the St. Louis region.
Joel Fuoss, FAIA served as a judge for Retrofit Magazine’s Metamorphosis Awards and as a keynote speaker for AIA St. Louis’ Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. He also joined Development Services Group for Urban Land Institute’s Built to Last webinar, sharing insights from the adaptive reuse of The Victor.
Maggie Hayden presented Now & Then: Restoration of the Tower Grove Park Victorian Pavilions at the 2026 Missouri Preservation Conference.
Patrick Fitzgerald earned his WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) credential.
