Both within our practice and across the broader community, the Trivers team remains fueled by inspiration, unwavering dedication, and active engagement.

Madison Booher is volunteering with the Center for Creative Learning, helping 3rd graders design architecture projects that integrate sustainability. The students will visit Trivers on April 4 for a field trip to see how design concepts come to life in practice.

Joe Brinkmann was featured in St. Louis Magazine’s inaugural St. Louis Business 500 list, recognizing the region’s most influential and innovative leaders.

Aaron Church joined the St. Louis Vacancy Collaborative and will be supporting their Small Grants Program for Greening Vacant Lots. He’ll assist in reviewing grant applications and helping awardees plan, implement, and maintain new community park spaces.

Joel Fuoss presented “The Reawakening of a Giant: The Butler Brothers Building Reimagined” as part of the 2025 Society of Architectural Historians St. Louis Chapter/Steedman Library Lecture Series at the St. Louis Public Library. You can watch the presentation online via YouTube Livestream HERE.

Amy Gilbertson served as a panelist for the session “Implementing Museum Galleries within Historic Spaces: Creating Synergy Between Buildings and Exhibits to Ensure Universally Accessible and Enhanced Visitor Experiences” at the 20th annual Building Museums™ Symposium in St. Louis. Amy was also recognized as a 2025 St. Louis Titan 100, honoring her leadership and influence in the region.

Navi Gunalan organized and led the planning of the AIA St. Louis and YAF STL holiday party and also hosted first-year architecture students from Drury University for a firm presentation and building tour of The Victor.

Nandan Kelotra helped conclude this year’s ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program through his leadership as ULI Education Committee Co-Chair and REDI Chair. Over several weeks, the cohort engaged in the real estate development process—gaining hands-on experience and the tools to help shape a more equitable and forward-thinking built environment.

Amanda McAllister led a tour of the Old Courthouse as part of the 2025 Building Museums™ Symposium hosted in St. Louis earlier this month. The symposium brought together museum professionals and preservation advocates to exchange ideas and explore the evolving role of cultural institutions in civic life.

Martin Padilla hosted the Washington University in St. Louis chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS) last month for a tour of Trivers’ office and The Victor, offering students a behind-the-scenes look at the firm’s work and the adaptive reuse project it now calls home.

Ross Welch participated as a panelist at the Missouri Gateway Green Building Council’s March event: “Mass Timber Construction – From Conception to Life Cycle Analysis”, held on March 11.

Navi Gunalan, Huzefa Jadawala and Josh Robertson each passed the LEED Green Associate exam, demonstrating their dedication to sustainable design and environmental stewardship. Their achievement supports Trivers’ ongoing commitment to having all designers LEED accredited.
