Retrofit Magazine has recognized Woodward Lofts with a Metamorphosis Award. The 235,000 SQFT renovation project received Honorable Mention in the Multifamily Housing category.
“I thought the section was interesting – how they repurposed the different portions of the building. They did some unique things.” said award judge Jason Wright, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Associate Principal at Hickcock Cole.
