Two St. Louis apartment projects moved ahead this week with city support for 10 years of property tax abatement.

The city’s Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority voted Thursday to grant up to 10 years of tax abatement for Spencer Development’s proposed seven-story, $6.3 million mixed use development. The Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance authorizing the tax break earlier this year.
