Equity, diversity and inclusion each have an important role to play
in fostering the environment we as a company and as human
beings want for our workplace. Our EDI Committee was formed
in July 2019 to ensure we stay focused and proactive toward
achieving that environment.
The Committee meets once a month with participation from people at all levels of the company, including our principals. Currently, the EDI Committee is at work aligning goals from the AIA Guides for Equitable Practice with the Just Label certification requirements.
