As an Associate and Senior Project Architect, Maggie Hayden brings extensive experience leading civic, hospitality, workplace, and historic rehabilitation projects. She has played a key role in the design and delivery of numerous public-facing projects, with particular expertise in historically significant environments and complex renovation efforts. Her experience includes leading the design of the Kiener Plaza Visitor Service Center, supporting preservation and capital improvement initiatives at Tower Grove Park, and managing the modernization of the Major General Emmett J. Bean Federal Center. Maggie is a registered architect, LEED Green Associate, and Fitwel Ambassador known for her thoughtful approach to design, technical expertise, and commitment to creating spaces that serve their communities.
