Hallie Nolan is an urban designer and planner with eight years of experience leading complex initiatives that bring together public agencies, institutional partners, private partners, and community stakeholders. Her work focuses on translating vision into implementable strategies, guiding planning efforts that advance equitable development and long-term value. Known for her collaborative leadership and thoughtful facilitation, Hallie helps communities align priorities, build consensus, and move projects from planning to action. In addition to her professional work, Hallie is active in civic and industry leadership through the Urban Land Institute. She serves as Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI St. Louis and Chair of the Americas Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, contributing at both the local and national levels. Hallie is a LEED Green Associate and is currently pursuing licensure as an architect and certification as a planner.
