In partnership with the St. Louis Police Foundation, Trivers is transforming an existing office building into a dedicated Wellness Center designed to support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of regional police officers and their families.

Trivers is leading the adaptive reuse of the three-story, 93,000 GSF building, originally constructed in 1980. Through the removal of portions of the second and third floors to accommodate a gymnasium with two full-size courts, the renovated facility will encompass approximately 68,000 SF.

The program brings together a wide range of wellness resources, including a large fitness room, restrooms and locker rooms, physical rehabilitation space, meditation spaces, mental health counseling rooms, café and dining areas, a family lounge, flexible-use spaces, administrative offices and outdoor areas for gathering and reflection. Trauma-informed design principles help shape the environment, emphasizing comfort, choice, privacy and a sense of safety throughout the facility.

Together, these spaces are designed to provide St. Louis City and County police officers and their families with a year-round resource for fitness, recreation, rehabilitation, connection and wellness.

Construction is underway, with completion expected in summer 2027.
