Central Texas’ continued rapid growth has continued along the I-35 corridor south towards Waxahachie. North Grove is a three-story mixed-use development situated in an area transitioning from a commercial corridor to a single-family residential neighborhood to the east. The development provides an upper market rate residential offering with extensive amenities inside and out, organized around a central courtyard. The architecture draws from utilizing native limestone and brick detailing found in early Texas architecture surrounding the historic center of Waxahachie to reinforce its sense of place.
