The Nitrous Effect is a unique network of independent specialty agencies that collaborate to solve complex business challenges…together. Their business model represents an integrated creative process that delivers innovative solutions to the world’s leading brands to amplify their visions, advance their goals and enrich their corporate cultures.
Building internal consensus was a critical component in the overall success of this shared tenant space meant to support four distinct creative agencies under one roof. Attention to both collective and individual agency branding was critical to creating a successful new environment. Planning of shared spaces like reception, hospitality, and conferencing (versus individual business unit assets like offices, teaming/focus spaces) and specific amenities like editing/recording suites were imperative in the programmatic execution. Two-floors of build-out represent a strategic partnership that enhanced the presence and integrity of the Agency Collective’s identity(s) and improved their organizational efficiencies for connection and collaboration throughout. Both parts cohesive and distinct, this creative workplace supports and reflects what the Nitrous Effect represents, a true Collective.
Trivers specifically supported the Project Management and Construction Administration of the Tenant Improvements in the following ways: Overall Project Budgeting & Tracking, Coordination of Owner’s Vendors and Consultants for AV/IT/Security, Furniture/Fixtures & Equipment Planning and Coordination, Interior Design, Environmental Graphics, and Move Management.
