Hallie Nolan rejoins Trivers as an Urban Designer and Planner with eight years of experience leading complex initiatives that bring together public agencies, institutional partners, private partners, and community stakeholders. Her work focuses on translating vision into implementable strategies, guiding planning efforts that advance equitable development and long-term value. Known for her collaborative leadership and thoughtful facilitation, Hallie helps communities align priorities, build consensus, and move projects from planning to action. In addition to her professional work, Hallie is active in civic and industry leadership through the Urban Land Institute. She serves as Chair of Mission Advancement for ULI St. Louis and Chair of the Americas Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, contributing at both the local and national levels. Hallie is a LEED Green Associate and is currently pursuing licensure as an architect and certification as a planner.
Madison Booher, Senior Project Architect, has been elevated to Associate at Trivers. Madison has nearly a decade of experience delivering thoughtful design solutions that support clients and the communities they serve. She has worked across civic, health and wellness, hospitality, and workplace environments, with particular strength in renovation and interior projects that require careful coordination within existing buildings. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Drury University, where she continues to maintain an active relationship through engagement with architecture students. Madison is a registered architect in Missouri and a LEED Green Associate. She serves on the Gravois-Jefferson Development Review Committee and participates in the American Cancer Society St. Louis Emerging Leadership Council. Committed to mentorship, Madison engages with students through STEM programming that introduces K-12 students to architecture as a career path. She is also a graduate of the 2023 FOCUS St. Louis Emerging Leaders program.
