Emily Haller
Architectural Designer Emily Haller joins Trivers with experience in higher education, civic, cultural, and workplace environments. She earned her Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis—where she now serves as a lecturer in the undergraduate architecture program—and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College. Her academic and professional background spans design, research, teaching, and community engagement, complemented by expertise in digital and physical modeling, visualization, and construction documentation. A St. Louis transplant, Emily is passionate about design that addresses the region’s evolving needs while advancing sustainability, equity, and long-term community impact.
Shaun Dodson AIA, LEED Green Associate
Senior Project Architect Shaun Dodson has been elevated to Associate of the firm. With 15 years experience in civic, cultural, and multi-family housing, Shaun integrates design, history, and technology across both new construction and adaptive reuse projects. His leadership extends beyond project work through active service with ULI St. Louis, the St. Louis Art Place Initiative, and Ranken Technical College, as well as volunteer efforts with local organizations. Shaun’s dedication to both design excellence and community impact reflects the qualities Trivers values in its next generation of firm leaders.
