Missouri State University has officially opened the Construction Education Success Center, a new addition to Kemper Hall designed to expand opportunities for construction management students.
The 9,000-square-foot expansion—designed by Trivers in partnership with the University and the College of Business—introduces a double-height training lab, student collaboration areas, modern classrooms and restrooms, and outdoor balcony spaces. These environments not only expand capacity for construction management majors but also connect students with industry-relevant tools and credentials while fostering a sense of community within Kemper Hall.
Funded through the MoExcels Workforce Initiative, along with private gifts and contributions, the Construction Education Success Center strengthens Missouri State’s ability to meet employer demand and prepare graduates for careers in a growing number of projects proudly #BearBuilt.
This milestone builds on Trivers’ ongoing partnership with Missouri State University, where we continue to collaborate on spaces that inspire learning and innovation across campus.
