Joel Fuoss presented Historic Rehabilitation: Working with Historic Tax Credits at the Missouri Main Street Revitalization Conference, highlighting successful projects that demonstrate how federal and state historic tax credits can drive economic development in cities of all sizes. He also led the American Planning Association Bi-State Conference mobile tour on September 14 at The Victor, and was a guest on the Lighting Matters podcast.

Navi Gunalan and Nakesha Newsome were selected for the Christopher Kelly Leadership Development Program, designed to prepare emerging professionals for future leadership in the AIA and beyond.

Nandan Kelotra is chairing the Urban Land Institute’s REDI program. The 2025–2026 program launches October 6 and runs through February 24, fostering mentorship and leadership development in real estate and design.

Frank Rosario Franks Rosario volunteered with AIA this summer, supporting tornado response efforts at Antioch Baptist Church’s annual Back-to-School event and the  Ask an Architect program discussion with the City Hall Building Division. He also contributed to the City of St. Louis’ PlanSTL neighborhood planning process on August 20.

James Roseberry is presenting Art, Architecture, and Development in the Revival of The Grove  with Abdul-Kaba Abdullahon of Park Central Development Corporation on October 3 at the 2025 Missouri Preservation Conference.

Amanda Truemper presented Bridging Diverse Needs Through Inclusive Restroom Design at the 2025 SCUP Annual Conference in Honolulu alongside Seb Choe of JSA/MIXdesign. She was also elected Vice President of the Tower Grove Park Members Council.

The Trivers Team joined the annual Operation Clean Stream—Missouri’s largest river and watershed cleanup—participating in a canoe cleanup along the Meramec River.
