Madison Booher has been selected to join The Development Review Committee (DRC), a 13-member, resident-led group that reviews and provides feedback on development projects within the Gravois Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan footprint.
Shaun Dodson is serving on the Community Advisory Committee for the downtown segment of the Brickline Greenway. The project, led by Great Rivers Greenway, will connect Market Street destinations like Union Station, CITYPARK stadium, and the Gateway Arch, creating accessible routes for walking, biking, and more.
Joel Fuoss was a guest panelist on the Insight City podcast episode Urban Design and Community Impact, where he discussed the importance of investing in downtown St. Louis and its role in driving growth for the entire region. Joel also served on the AIA St. Louis 2024 Design Awards Committee and participated in the Sam Fox School National Council, contributing to discussions on the CityStudioSTL program.

Nandan Kelotra, committee chair of the ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program, hosted the first session of this year’s program. The session featured cohort introductions and a dynamic panel discussion on the Overview of the Real Estate Development Process.

Martin Padilla shared his insights and experiences as a panelist in the 2024 AIA St. Louis Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. The panel discussion, focused on different paths to leadership, was part of the program’s kickoff Bootcamp Session. Last month, Martin also led the group presentation at the Construction Forum Emerging Leaders Event, hosted at Trivers’ office in The Victor.
James Roseberry served as moderator for two programs focused on climate action and sustainability. He led a roundtable discussion for the Missouri Gateway Green Building Council’s Forum on Climate Action, bringing together local leaders to explore challenges, opportunities, and strategies for collaboration in addressing climate change. James also moderated the AIA St. Louis event, Building a Sustainable Future: Architecture’s Role in Climate Justice. Presented by the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Committee and the Committee on the Environment, the panel focused on architecture’s responsibility in advancing climate justice and sustainable practices.
