John is an experienced Project Manager with specialization in higher education, healthcare and government projects. He has unique background in three related professions – Architecture, General Contracting and Real Estate/Retail Development – which inform his work with estimates, schedules and client relations. John has successfully managed a wide variety of project types with many delivery methods, including the Missouri State Capitol Building Exterior Stone Renovation and Repair. His current focus is large-scale civic renovations and historic preservation and renovation. He is a licensed architect, a LEED Green Associate, and a CSI Construction Document Technologist.
