Condo Project Planned for Central West End

Excerpt from article on Trivers' new Central West End condo project featured in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Developers are planning a $16-million project of condos and commercial space in a part of the Central West End that already is experience a building spree.  Planned by Grove Properties and Atrium Properties at the northwest corner of North Sarah Street and Laclede Avenue is a five-story condo building with ground-floor retail space and a row of two-story townhomes.

Austin Barzantny, Grove's President, and Mike Gingrich, Atrium's managing partner, said Tuesday the project would be the first new for-sale residential project for years in that part of the Central West End.

Adam Aronson Fine Arts Center Featured in Art Basel Magazine

Since 1970, Art Basel's goal has been to connect the world's premier galleries and their patrons, as well as serving as a meeting point for the international art world.  Now, over forty years later, its three fairs - in Basel, Hong Kong and Miami Beach rank as the premier shows of their kind, presenting 20th and 21st century art with a strong curatorial perspective.

Art Basel's December 2015 magazine features an article about art in the midwest, stating that "St. Louis could be this year's ascendant art capital".  The article discusses the St. Louis art scene, including the new Trivers-designed Adam Aronson Fine Arts Center at Laumeier Sculpture Park.
