Central Methodist University Stedman Science Building Renovation
Trivers Associates is currently in the design phase of the Stedman Hall Renovation. On the campus of Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, the 1963 building is approximately 49,000 square feet on four floors. The building will become a state of the art facility for the science and mathematics programs.
The renovation includes movable teaching and learning classroom and laboratory spaces, science exhibit spaces, student-faculty research spaces, collaborative learning spaces, faculty offices adjacent to learning spaces, and with a modern design, including lecture/laboratory spaces able to hold 30 students. The renovation also will require HVAC, elevator and accessibility solutions.
Stedman Hall is a main walkway through campus, and the second floor is planned to become a focal point of the campus experience.
