Trivers is searching for a full-time Project Architect to join our team. As for all positions at Trivers, we are seeking someone who shares a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and inspired architecture. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence, sustainability, and desire involvement in their community and/or professional organizations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with 7-10 years of experience in the architecture, design or construction management industry. Responsibilities will include directing the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, make design presentations to clients, lead coordination of engineers and other design consultants’ work, research building and zoning codes to determine project requirements, compile product data and participate in the production of project specifications, and perform bidding and Construction Administration services. A professional architecture degree, proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite software is required.
Trivers is searching for a full time Architectural Designer to join our staff. As is the case in all of the positions at Trivers, we are seeking someone who shares a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and inspired architecture. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and sustainability, and desire involvement in their community and/or professional organizations.

We place great importance on professional development for all our staff. Architectural Designers benefit from our AXP mentorship program and professional development opportunities as well as our social team building events and activities. Because we maintain a mid-size staffing level, Architectural Designers have ample opportunity to be involved in all aspects of project development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the architecture industry. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, renderings, and modeling - both physical and virtual. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling software is preferred. Professional or pre-professional architecture degree required.
Trivers is searching for a full time Interior Designer who shares our desire to create thoughtful, lasting and inspired design. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and sustainability, and desire involvement in their community and/or professional organizations.

Interior Designers have ample opportunity to be involved in all aspects of project development. We recognize the importance of each member of our team and seek to fill this position with individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about the architecture and interior design profession as well as the greater St. Louis community.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the architecture/interior design industry. This position will have an active role throughout all phases of the design process, from early programming and schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Responsibilities will include assisting with compiling product data, selecting finish materials, furniture and accessories, producing project interior and furniture specifications, maintaining interior products library and setting up and attending product vendor presentations and library updates. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other modeling software is preferred. Professional interior design degree and previous internship or work experience at a professional design practice required.
Trivers is currently evaluating applicants for internship opportunities for the summer of 2024 in both Architecture and Interiors. As is the case in all the positions at Trivers, we are seeking candidates who share a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and site-inspired design.

The 12-week Internship will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of project development and become familiar with professional practice of a firm. We recognize the importance of each member of our team and therefore, seek to fill this position with individuals who are self-motivated and care deeply about sustainability, community and the design profession.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a professional architecture degree at a NAAB accredited school or an interior design degree. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to develop creative design and technical solutions, assisting in preparation of project documents, presentation and study renderings, and aid in developing various firm and sustainable initiatives. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are preferred but not required.
