Director of Interiors
Trivers is searching for a Director of Interiors who shares a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and inspired architecture. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence, sustainability, and desire involvement in their community and/or professional organizations. This position is well suited for a person who thrives in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment, and who values productivity and efficiency balanced with quality.

We have a fantastic team of talented individuals with an exciting variety of projects already underway. Designers will experience a diverse range of project types and scales executed to a high level. We recognize the importance of each member of our team and therefore, seek to fill this position with individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about good design and the greater St. Louis community.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture, interior design, or architecture and 10+ years of experience in the architectural design industry. Designers are encouraged to coordinate with project team members through all phases of project design and construction. The primary duties of the Director of Interiors include extensive involvement in all phases of the planning and interior design of architectural projects including: management of the interior design scope and tasks, organizing and leading interior project teams, functional space planning and design, architectural detail coordination, client presentations, interior materials palette design and selection, and design and management of FF&E procurement services. The Director of Interiors will also engage in firm-wide marketing efforts in the pursuit of specific projects, clients or new market opportunities as well as develop strategic relationships with consultants, contractors and other organizations to increase the firm’s capabilities and presence in the market. NCIDQ certification required. Experience with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite are required, other 3D modeling software and AutoCAD experience preferred.

Marketing + Office Administrator
Trivers has an exciting variety of projects underway with a fantastic group of talented individuals and would like to add a Marketing + Office Administrator to our team. We are searching for an individual who desires full time employment in a dynamic environment where collaboration, hard work, and creative energy are highly valued. This multi-faceted position interfaces with the Director of Marketing, where responsiveness to deadlines and superior organization skills are critical. We seek someone who will also welcome clients and visitors to the firm in a professional way, provide support for the Principals’ daily needs and strategic long term projects, and assist in implementing social media initiatives among other tasks. Graphic design skills are a plus and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is required. Prior experience in an architectural firm is preferred. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, and self-motivated. This individual will be a critical component in keeping the firm running smoothly on a day to day basis.
